Cotton and fleece neck wrap and eye mask filled with rice and cloves - Neck pillow measures 25.5" long x 5.5" wide. Eye mask measures 7.5" long x 4" wide - Warm in microwave. 30 seconds on medium high for mask. 90 seconds on high for neck wrap (Remove and shake every 30 seconds). Microwaves vary.
