It's made of Peppermint, Lemon, Lime & Carrier Oils, and is pre-diluted in Almond Oil.

The Immunity Double-Sided Oil Blend is an energizing oil that supports the body’s natural defenses. It has a sweet spicy aroma and contains clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, tangerine, and nutmeg oils.
