Wood Herb Stripper

An ideal utensil for stripping herbs and leaves of plants such as rosemary, thyme, or even leafy greens such as kale, offers eight different sizes to accomodate a large variety of stem sizes. The long scraper side can also be used to cut herbs and bruise them as they are being cut to release more oils and make your food more flavorful, it can also be used to scrape waste off a board or counter and into a compost or trash bin. The scraping ends on the ends can be used to remove seeds from fruits like zuchinni. Available in Cherry (red), Maple (blonde), or Walnut (dark).

For care: Handwash only - may use soap and warm water. Dry immediately afterwards and apply a food-grade oil
